George Liddard will challenge Michel Soro for the IBO middleweight championship at Monte-Carlo Showdown VII on December 12. Matchroom announced the fight for the Salle des Étoiles in Monaco.
Liddard’s record in the October 16 announcement is 15–0 with nine knockouts. He arrives after collecting British, Commonwealth and European titles. Soro brings more than 17 years of professional experience and won the IBO belt against Hassan Mwakinyo in June.
